Linda Carrara è nata a Bergamo nel 1984. Vive e lavora a Gent (B).
Nel marzo 2006 si diploma al “dipartimento sperimentale d’arte contemporanea” presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera a Milano. Dal 2015 frequenta il Master in MultiMedia presso l’Accademia belga KASK a Gent.
Vincitrice del “PremioTerna - Pittura” nel 2015 con l’opera intitolata “Outer Space” nella quale indaga la luce come materia pittorica e la metafisicità come spazio. Invitata al “Premio Cairo” nel 2013.
Numerose le mostre che la vedono partecipe sul territorio italiano ed estero.
Nel 2012 alla collettiva “Crises and Rises” a cura di Rossella Farinotti, presso il Palazzo delle Stelline a Milano e nel 2014 alla Fondazione Rivoli2 di Milano con la personale intitolata “Be. Per agire occorre essere avvolti nelle illusioni”. Nel 2015 è stata invitata alla mostra collettiva “Ma Patience a des Limites – still life” presso gli spazi di DuboiFriedland e alla collettiva sul disegno negli spazi di Le Kabinet sempre, entrambi a Bruxelles. Sempre nel 2015 il suo video “I’m a still life” è stato proiettato a Mosca presso il Centro d’Arte Contemporanea Fabrika.
Vincitrice di diverse residenze d`artista. Nel 2015 ha partecipato alla residenza “MOMENTUMworldwide” a Berlino.
Nel mese di giugno 2016 sarà ospite alla residenza indetta dal Museo NCCA di San Pietroburgo e nei mesi di ottobre e novembre 2016 presso la residenza LKV – Lademoen Kunstnerverksteder a Tronheim in Norvegia.

Nebojša Despotović è nato a Belgrado (SRB) nel 1982. Vive e lavora a Berlino.
Nel 2006 ha conseguito la laurea in pittura presso l'Accademia delle Belle Arti di Venezia. Nel 2011 ha vinto la residenza presso la più prestigiosa fondazione italiana Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa ed è stato selezionato al 54a Biennale di Venezia a rappresentare l'Accademia delle Belle Arti di Venezia.
Ha ricevuto numerosi riconoscimenti. Nel 2012 ha vinto il Premio Euromobil Under 30 ad ArteFiera a Bologna e il Mango Young Artist Award a Swab Fair a Barcellona. Nel 2013 ha vinto il Collectors for Celeste Prize alla sezione sperimentale Raw Zone della fiera ArtVerona a Verona. Nel 2015 Despotović ha vinto il Premio speciale-Art Prize ad ArteFiera Bologna.
Innumerevoli le esposizioni in spazi pubblici e privati. Nel 2014 la seconda mostra personale "Silent Fracture" presso Boccanera Gallery a Trento, a cura di Maja Cirić. Sempre nel 2014 il Museo di Capodimonte di Napoli ha ospitato il talk con l'artista intitolato "Still life di Nebojša Despotović" con la partecipazione di Angela Tecce e di Eugenio Viola.
Nel 2015 Treviso Ricerca Arte ha ospitato la doppia personale di Nebojša Despotović con Enzo Cucchi intitolata “La pelle di Serpente” a cura di Daniele Capra.

People are in constant change and they hold the puerile spontaneity and the wisdom of death within themselves, whereas unclear landscapes reveal the power of a theoretical place, which keeps all the possibilities of cities, farmlands, nature and concrete – deserted or extremely concentrated – without forgetting the abstract and bizarre sense of what we are exposed during the everyday life.” LC>ND

Linda Carrara was born in Bergamo in 1984. Lives and works in Gent (B).
In March 2006 she graduated in “Experimental Department of Contemporary Art” at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan. From 2015 she follows the MultiMedia Master courses at the Belgian Academy KASK in Gent.
Winner of the “Award Theme – Painting” in 2015 with her work “Outer Space” in which she examines light as a painting matter and the metaphysics as space. She was invited to the “Cairo Award” in 2013.
She has her place in many both Italian and foreign expositions.
In 2012 at the collective exhibition “Crises and Rises” curated by Rossella Farinotti, at Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan and in 2014 at the Fondazione Rivoli2 in Milan with the solo show named “Be. Per agire occorre essere avvolti nelle illusioni” (“Be. In order act it takes to be wound up in illusions”).
In 2015 she was a guest of the collective show “Ma Patience a des Limites – still life” at Dubois Friedland and at the collective exhibition about drawing in spaces of Le Kabinet, all of them in Bruxelles. Always in 2015, her video “I’m a still life” was projected at Moscow at the Contemporary Art Centre Fabrika.
Winner of various artist’s residences. In 2015 she participated at the “MOMENTUM worldwide” residence in Berlin.
In the month of June 2016 she will be a guest at the residence announced by the NCCA Museum of Saint Petersburg and in the months of October and November 2016 at the LKV - Lademoen Kunstnerverksteder residence at Tronheim in Norway.

Nebojša Despotović was born in Belgrade (SRB) in 1982. Lives and works in Berlin.
In 2006 he achieved a bachelor degree in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice. In 2011 he won the residence at the prestigious Bevilacqua La Masa Italian Foundation and has been selected at the 54th Venice Biennial to represent the Italian Art Academies in the Arsenal section.
In 2012 he won the Euromobil Under 30 Prize at Art Fair in Bologna and the Mango Young Artist Award of Swab in Barcelona Fair. In 2013 he won the Collectors for Celeste prize for the Raw Zone, experimental area of ArtVerona Fair. In february 2014 his second solo show “Silent Fracture” at Boccanera Gallery in Trento, curated by Maja Cirić.
