Uffe Isolotto will present Denmark at the 59th Venice Biennale with his presentation titled “We Walked the Earth“, curated by Jacob Lillemose and located in the historic Giardini.

“We Walked the Earth” will transform the Danish Pavilion into the scene of a social-realist drama that merges visions of the future involving mythological creatures and biological technologies with references to farmyard culture of old. The audience will step into a make-belief world where familiar narratives of our time are bent and challenged.
