Flip Project is pleased to present the project NAPOLI by Enzo Cucchi and Gianni Politi.

Just as the hectic and 'overproductive' art world finally starts to take a short summer break in the month of August, the intervention NAPOLI in Flip Project's space will enter into a silent dialogue with it.

A manifesto designed by Enzo and Gianni will be on display by August 1st in the chapel on Via Paladino, at the same time copies of it will be simultaneously installed at the entrances of most Neapolitan contemporary art venues, art galleries, institutions, and independent spaces.

A publication showing the manifesto installed in all the locations, along with a dialogue between Cucchi, Politi, and Del Vecchio – will be presented at a later date.

Gianni Politi is a painter.

Federico Del Vecchio is an artist.

Flip project is an artist-run space in Napoli. It is an independent curatorial project, a platform for discussions devoted to developing models of collaboration that expand on interests in contemporary culture and artistic practice.
Flip is motivated by continuous changes in location and spontaneous occurrences that extend from the local to address the current milieu. Flip presents across a multiplicity of spatial situations where discussions take shape as exhibitions, publications or digital fragments.
