We are beyond excited to announce our next show in the gallery space: Pensiero Notturno, the first solo exhibition in Rome by the artist Iva Drekalovic.

Iva Drekalovic lives and works in Italy. She was born in Trieste and has since travelled widely in Europe while developing her interest in art. She draws inspiration from her location by the sea and the nature around her, as well as images that come to her in dreams. As a self-taught artist, Drekalovic discovered her love of clay on an art residency and now it is the primary material of her practice. Drekalovic’s style is gestural in a way that suggests natural forms but allows for a wide interpretation based on the ambiguity of dreams.
