Comunicato stampa
Kit Craig si diploma presso Chelsea School of Art & Design - MA Fine Art. Tra le sue mostre personali: 2011 On Measuring
Uncertainty (con Andrew Lim) Castlefield Gallery Manchester, UK; 2010 173cm Arcade, Londra, UK; 2009 Galleria Norma
Mangione (con Nick Laessing) Torino, IT; 2008 Seer Of The Diagram / Diagram of The Seer - Arcade, Londra, UK.

Maria Grazia Del Prete Gallery is pleased to present Nine Men’s Morris, first solo exhibition in Rome of the English artist Kit Craig (Oxford, 1980), curated
by Silvia Colaiacomo, in collaboration with Pericle Guaglianone and with the patronage of the British Council. On the occasion, the artist has created a new
corpus of works-studies on visual and physical materialization of language. As in a role-play game and being dominated by its own dynamics, communication
is based on limited combinations of mutually comprehensible concepts, or supposed so. Free form rationalist arrogance, Craig’s work explores the definition
of agreed meanings by decomposing primary shapes and creating elegant scenarios of pure, vainless logic.
