In ogni caso, (intermezzo) è un progetto condiviso, in cui la nozione performativa di autorappresentazione e produzione artistica sono esposte all’interno di uno sfondo site-specific, sociale e spaziale. I movimenti attraverso la città, il tempo e la storia si materializzano in un détournement visivo, in cui la condizione del lavoro artistico, trasgressione e autonomia, può essere riaffermata da gesti poetici effimeri. Da una città portuale a un'altra. Turista, turista.

La collaborazione è basata sul riutilizzo o ridistribuzione dell’intenzione artistica - ampliare i tentativi falliti, condividere nuove competenze e idee.
(intermezzo) intende seguire una narrazione in via di sviluppo, dove si producono opere non gerarchicamente in loco, fornendo, con nonchalance, un comico sollievo ai grandi spettacoli di oggi.

Anyway, (intermezzo) is a collaborative project where the performative notions of self representation and artistic production are inflicted upon a site specific, social and spatial backdrop. Movements trough the city, trough time and history, materialize as a visual détournement, where the status of artistic labour, transgression and autonomy may be reaffirmed by ephemeral poetic gestures. From one harbor town, to another. Tourist, tourist.

The collaboration builds on a recycling, or redistribution of artistic intention - learning to live with, and expanding on our failing attempts, sharing new skills and ideas. (intermezzo) aims to follow this emerging narrative, where works are produced nonhierarchically on-site, nonchalantly providing some comic relief to the greater spectacles of today.
