DIVASGTM è lieto di annunciare il secondo appuntamento sotto il segno di Sounds Good To Me, la performance live media del duo artistico COLORA con il progetto The Zebra Crossing. Della durata di 40 minuti circa, l'evento avrà luogo Sabato 26 aprile alle ore 18.30 da Koboshop, a Udine, in occasione della sua riapertura. DIVASGTM è un contenitore di suggestioni e progetto audio-visuali che si prefigge uno sguardo ampio seppur dettagliato sulla scena della video arte internazionale.

The Zebra Crossing, progetto itinerante, è un pensiero in bianco e nero nato da una ricerca di immagini sul web dove, digitando la parola “colora”, si produce un risultato composto da soli disegni in bianco e nero, da colorare. Ricerca audio-visuale, parte dalle regole dei giochi di far finta del mondo infantile, riflettendo sui concetti di verità e finzione. Lo strumento ritmico della drum machine viene sostituito da un insieme di ritagli video assemblati secondo strutture ritmiche, selezionando e montando le immagini in base ai suoni che producono.

COLORA è un collettivo artistico formato da Lorenzo Commisso e Rachele Burgato, con sede nel nord est italiano. Nato come un progetto audio/video, ha partecipato a numerosi eventi e rassegne.

DIVASGTM is pleased to announce the second show under the sign of "Sounds Good To Me", with the live media performance of art duo COLORA with The Zebra Crossing project. Lasting 40 minutes, the event will take place on Saturday April 26th at 6.30pm at Koboshop, Udine, on the occasion of its reopening. DIVASGTM is a container for suggestions and audio-visual project that aims at a broad albeit detailed look on the international video-art scene.

The zebra crossing is a black-and-white thinking born from a image search on the web which produces a result consisting of only black and white drawings to color, by typing the word "colora" in research field. As an audio-visual research, it starts from the rules of the "pretend games" of children world, reflecting on the concepts of truth and fiction. The rhythm of the drum machine tool is replaced by a set of video clippings assembled according to rhythmic structures, selecting and mounting the video images based on the sounds they produce.

COLORA is an artistic collective formed by Lorenzo Commisso e Rachele Burgato, located in the North-East of Italy. Born as an audio/video project, it participated in numerous events and festivals.
