Delloro Contemporary Art è lieta di annunciare Squeeze, la prima mostra personale dell’artista Andreas Zingerle negli spazi berlinesi. Squeeze "spremere", ci riporta a un qualcosa connesso con la manipolazione delle forme e dei materiali. Zingerle congela nelle sue forme di cemento l'immaginario sessuale connesso con il corpo dell'individuo e con il suo senso collettivo. Indaga le convenzioni linguistiche prodotte dallo sfruttamento commerciale del corpo e incoraggia una riflessione sulla natura artificiale del desiderio, sempre con un tocco d'ironia.
Le forme delle bambole gonfiabili sono fissate una volta per tutte nella stretta del cemento e passano dalla deperibilità della plastica e dall'instabilità dell'aria compressa alla specie aeternitatis di un nuovo e sconosciuto materiale. In questo modo, Zingerle, converte l'apparente bugia della bambola incolume in una massa di cemento dalle forme decostruite; talvolta così contorte da diventare irriconoscibili a prima vista, richiamando, nella loro arida forza drammatica, i calchi delle vittime di Pompei ed Ercolano.
Questa mostra presenta un corpus di lavori su tela e una serie di sculture eseguite in cemento fine, dove l'artista esplora la questione del corpo attraverso un vivido e personale strumento quale i calchi di bambole gonfiabili. Forme umane sono dunque percepite come relitti sessuali, le cui superfici perfettamente levigate emergono dalle profonde curve e circonvoluzioni rese dall'intervento deformante dell'artista.
Andreas Zingerle nasce a Bressanone in Italia nel 1963, vive e lavora a Percha. Dal 1993 al 1999 studia all'Accademia di Belle Arti di Monaco con il professor Hans Baschang, diplomandosi nel 2000 e diventando assistente all'interno dell'Accademia nel 2002. Dal 1998 ha esposto in Germania e in Italia in gallerie private e spazi pubblici come la galleria Alfred Knecht in Karlsruhe nel 1998, la Stadtische Galerie a Neuburg am Donau nel 2000, la Galerie Prisma di Bolzano nel 2001 e nel 2011, la Haus der Kunstler di Monaco nel 2007, e a Bolzano allla Galleria Goethe nel 2009. Tra i progetti di maggior prestigio và menzionata la live performance con 5 betoniere al Transart Festival nel 2007 e le due mostre alla Pasinger Fabrik di Monaco nel 2006 e nel 2009. Sempre del 2009 è la mostra "La Forma Interiore" nella sede romana di Delloro Contemporary Art curata da Gianluca Ranzi, presentata poi nel 2010 in occasione della 6a Biennale di Berlino presso la Lucas Carrieri Art Gallery.

Delloro Contemporary Art is pleased to announce Squeeze, the first solo show in his Berlin venue of Andreas Zingerle. Squeeze means something connected with the manipulation of shapes and materials. Andreas Zingerle freezes the sexual imaginary linked to the body of the individual and to its collective bestowal in his concrete molds of erotic toys. He investigates the linguistic conventions produced by the commercial exploitation of the body, and encourages a re-thinking of the artificial nature of desire, always with a hint of irony.
The shapes of the inflatable dolls are frozen once and for all in a concrete grip and they go from the perishability of plastic and the instability of compressed air to the specie aeternitatis of a new, unknown material. In this way, Zingerle converts the apparently exciting lie of the undamaged doll into a concrete clamp of de-structured forms, at times so tangled to become unrecognisable at first glance, recalling, in their dry dramatic force, the plaster casts of the victims of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
This exhibition focuses on a big installation of works on canvas and a series of sculptures made of absolutely fine concrete, where the artist explores the matter of the body through a vivid and personal tool such as casts of inflatable dolls. Human forms are therefore perceived as sexual wrecks, whose perfectly polished skin emerges from the deep circumvolutions and curves given by the artist’s work of deformation.
Andreas Zingerle was born in Bressanone, Italy in 1963, he lives and works in Perca.
From 1993 to 1999 he studied at the Accademy of Fine Arts in Munich with professor Hans Baschang. After getting the degree in 2000 he became assistant in the Accademy in 2002.
From 1998 he exhibit in Italy and Germany in private galleries and public spaces such as the Galerie Alfred Knecht in Karlsruhe in 1998, Stadtische Galerie in Neuburg am Donau in 2000, Galerie Prisma in Bozen in 2001 and 2011, Haus der Kunstler Munich in 2007, Galerie Goethe in Bozen in 2009.
Special note should be made of his live performance with five concrete mixers at the Transart Festival in 2007 and the two exhibitions at the Pasinger Fabrik in Munich in 2006 and 2009. In 2009 was presented his solo exhibition La Forma Interiore at Delloro Contemporary Art in Rome, curated by Gianluca Ranzi, also presented in 2010 for the occasion of the 6th Berlin Biennale at Lucas Carrieri Art Gallery in Berlin.

Delloro Contemporary Art è lieta di presentare Laboratory I, la prima mostra personale di Wolfgang Stiller negli spazi berlinesi della galleria.
La serie delle installazoni Laboratory fu esposta al Martin Gropius Bau a Berlino nel 1989, al Kunst- und Museumverein di Wuppertal nel 1990 e al Röntgen-Kunstinstitut di Tokyo nel 1993. In questa occasione l’artista presenta un lavoro site-specific per gli spazi della galleria.
Nel 1989 Wolfgang Stiller inizia a sviluppare Laboratory con una serie di installazioni che indagano la scienza, a livello metaforico, come specchio dei valori morali della società.
Stiller ricrea una sorta di laboratorio abbandonato dai proprii scienziati e lasciato a se stesso. Una situazione che implica la presenza della figura umana attraverso l’assenza della stessa.
Tutte le creazioni sono fatte da resti di metalli industriali, scarti, come pattern ripetitivi e tutte restituiscono forme organiche. Stiller lavora con forme semplici, senza tentare di competere inutilmente con la natura creando oggetti organici, ma cercando invece di esplorare cosa è innaturale: il fascino nascosto che possiamo trovare nei brutti oggetti industriali, nel tentativo di definire cosa è naturale e cosa è artificiale.
Wolfgang Stiller nasce a Wiesbaden, Germania nel 1961.
Studia all’accademia d’arte di Düsseldorf, nel 2000 si trasferisce a New York e nel 2007 a Bejing.
Nello stesso anno è professore ospite alla New York University di Shanghai e dal 2009 vive e lavora a Berlino.
Dal 1984 il suo lavoro è stato esposto in Germania, Italia, Giappone e Stati Uniti in galleria private e istituzioni come il Martin Gropius Bau, il Kunst- und Museumverein di Wuppertal nel 1990, e il Röntgen-Kunstinstitut di Tokyo nel 1993 e ‘94.
Nel 1994 viene presentato dal Goethe Institut a Kyoto e Tokyo e nell’ Artium Gallery di Fukoka.
Nel 1996 ha una mostra personale presso il Museo di Bochum, mentre dal 1997 al 1998 il suo lavoro viene esposto in due personali alla Galerie Markus Nohn a Trier e alla Galerie Claire Fontaine in Lussemburgo.
La sua prima presentazione in Italia è stata presso la Galleria Scognamiglio, Napoli, nel 1999.
Nel 2010 prende parte ad una collettiva, ““Ossessione” presso Delloro Contemporary Art negli spazi romani, e a “5 C”, collettiva presentata al Castello Colonna di Genazzano nel 2011.

Delloro Contemporary Art is pleased to announce Laboratory I, the first solo show in his Berlin venue of Wolfgang Stiller.
The installation series of Laboratory was exhibited in Martin Gropius Bau in Berlin in 1989, in Kunst- und Museumverein in Wuppertal in 1990, and in Röntgen-Kunstinstitut in Tokyo in 1993.
For the occasion the artist present a site-specific work for the gallery space.
In 1989 Wolfgang Stiller starts developing the Laboratory installations series on a metaphorycal level, interpreting science as a mirror of society’s moral values.
Stiller recreates a sort of laboratory abandoned by its scientists and left by itself. A situation which implied the presence of human beings through the absence of the same.
All the creatures are made by industrial metal waste, leftovers, like ripetitive patterns, and all of them look very organic. Stiller works with simple, man-made forms, without trying to compete with the nature creating organic objects, but with the intention to explore what is unnatural : the hidden charm we can find in ugly, industrial objects, trying to define what is natural and what is artificial.
Wolfgang Stiller was born in Wiesbaden, Germany, in 1961.
He studied at Kunstakademie in Dusseldorf, in 2000 he moved to New York and in 2007 to Bejing.
In the same year he was guest professor of New York University in Shanghai and from 2009 he lives and works in Berlin.
From 1984 he exhibit in Germany, Italy, Japan and U.S. in private galleries and institutions such as the Martin Gropius Bau in 1989, Kunst- und Museumverein in Wuppertal in 1990, and in Röntgen-Kunstinstitut in Tokyo in 1993 and 1994.
In 1994 he was presented in Goethe Institut in Kyoto and Tokyo, and in Artium Gallery in Fukoka.
